Jeffrey Neustadt, Principal
Jeffrey Neustadt began his real estate career at Grubb and Ellis Commercial Brokerage. After spending five years specializing in retail tenant leasing and site selection, he founded a retail and residential development company. Through 1995, he owned and was responsible for the development, construction, leasing and sale of over twenty-five retail and residential projects in Northern California, totaling several hundred thousand square feet.
In the mid-nineties, Jeffrey founded Taxi’s Hamburgers, a fast casual restaurant chain. As president and CEO, Jeffrey oversaw all aspects of the company including site selection, store design and construction, unit operations and was responsible for developing the franchising program for the continued growth of the company. In 2004, Jeffrey sold the operating company restaurants to franchise partners in order to focus exclusively on the expansion of the Taxi’s brand through franchising, and to devote more time to his ongoing real estate ventures. As co-founder of Portfolio Development Partners and Lockehouse Retail Group, Jeffrey is excited to, once again be devoting full time to the real estate industry. Jeffrey’s primary responsibilities include the acquisition and development of new retail and mixed use projects, representing select national tenants, and the buying and selling of investment properties.
Jeffrey is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Urban Land Economics. He currently resides in Alamo California with his wife Stacey and their children.
